Homtutor operates a comprehensive, technology-driven education ecosystem designed to deliver structured, outcome-focused learning experiences for students through personalized 1:1 instruction, group classes, and scalable digital learning solutions across Maths, ELA, AI & Coding, and international exam preparation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in misconduct, or remain inactive for extended periods. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
4. Payments & Refunds
Pricing
Session and course fees are displayed on our platform and vary by subject, format (1:1 or group), and package. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store card details on our servers.
Credit System
Sessions operate on a credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when classes are held. Unused credits remain valid while your account is active.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled case-by-case. Contact support within 48 hours of a session if you are unsatisfied. Trial sessions are complimentary and non-refundable.

All content on the Homtutor platform — including lesson materials, course content, assessments, software, logos, and design — is the property of Homtutor Technologies LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Tutors retain ownership of original content they create, but grant Homtutor a licence to use it within the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homtutor Technologies LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, academic outcomes, or service interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.
